Antonio Satõ
Mister Marvelous Attorney
Antonio, a veteran in the legal arena, is a captivating and alluring presence with a strong stage persona. Renowned for his remarkable ability to turn seemingly unwinnable cases on their head, he combines style with a touch of old-school street magic, captivating audiences and leaving them breathless. Known for always having an ace up his sleeve, Antonio excels at uncovering key evidence that turns the tide in his favor. He takes his magic to another level by literally recreating crime scenes with furniture that seemingly materializes out of his hat. His suave and charming demeanor easily coaxes out confessions from even the most reticent suspects.
Antonio began practicing magic during his childhood, where his sister Alice was his number one fan. In a perilous twist during an underwater magic trick, Antonio began to drown inside a confining box. His sister Alice intervened, saving his life.

In both his professional and personal life, Kotaro is a constant presence, whether it be him watching his court files or spending time at home. Antonio's occasional forgetfulness, such as neglecting to wear underwear, may seem accidental, but when Kotaro is around, it becomes clear that there's more to the story.
Relationships
Kotaro Satõ
Antonio Satõ lived a life of legal triumphs and solitude. Unattached to family, he reveled in the tranquility of his successful career. However, one fateful evening, after concluding his office duties, he encountered a tear-stained, doll-like boy outside his apartment—a tiny figure with rosy cheeks and a frightened gaze. A note pinned to the child's oversized jacket read, "This is Kotaro. Time to cash in the favor, big bro."

As the years unfolded, Antonio and Kotaro evolved into a seamlessly coordinated team. The uncle-nephew duo attended court sessions together, where Kotaro showcased remarkable deductive skills from a remarkably young age.

Interestingly, Kotaro's decision to become a police officer was subtly influenced by Uncle Antonio. Enrolling him in Prologia's Police School unknowingly turned Kotaro into "a mole" within the police world, unbeknownst to the young officer who simply reveled in being an even greater asset to his uncle.
Antonio proudly shares at every opportunity that he was many of Kotaro's firsts, including his first kiss and more.
Botan Satõ
The current mayor of Prologia, and head chief overseeing all precincts, worked tirelessly throughout his life to ascend to the pinnacle of power. This pursuit came at the cost of neglecting his own children, Antonio and Alice, in his relentless quest for success in politics.
Harboring a strong disdain for attorneys, the mayor believes in the uncompromising judgment of every criminal. Antonio, in an act of defiance, became an attorney and chose to retain the family surname out of spite.
Despite their strained relationship, Antonio doesn't harbor hatred towards his father. As an attorney dealing with a variety of individuals, he delves beneath the surface, understanding some of his father's life choices while disapproving of others.
In an attempt to mend the fractured family dynamic, Antonio influenced Kotaro to join the police forces, hoping that this connection might serve as a catalyst for healing within the family.
Alice Satõ
Naturally, taking on the responsibility of raising Kotaro overwhelmed Antonio, but he harbored no resentment towards his little sister for entrusting him with her son. However, he couldn't help but take issue with her decision to leave Kotaro in his care without so much as a thank you. To this day, she hasn't returned to Prologia, neglecting to see her son even once. Antonio attributes her choices, lifestyle, and aloofness to the lack of care and love they received from their own father.
For Antonio, the arrival of Kotaro was a pivotal moment that inspired him to strive for better fatherhood, determined to break the cycle of neglect and provide the love and care that he and his sister lacked growing up.
Ryuij Shinzõ
One of Kotaro's childhood friends and now Antonio's apprentice in the law office, and a former member of the Wild Cards.
When accused of the murder of a news reporter, Antonio swiftly took on the challenge of defending his son's friend. Their victory in court ignited Ryuji's desire to become a defense attorney himself, driven by the hope that this new path would distance him from his criminal background and offer a fresh start.

Bassanio
Antonio's courtroom foil, Prosecutor Bassanio, serves as his arch-enemy, albeit purely for the theatrics of their legal performances. In reality, there's no bad blood between them; instead, they've crafted a captivating act to infuse court sessions with drama. Antonio's magic tricks intertwine seamlessly with Bassanio's imposing theater skills, often resulting in front-page features in Prologia's newspaper. Their dynamic performances are so captivating, they often overshadow the trials themselves.
Tim Greyson
Tim Greyson, Antonio's high school friend and drinking companion, occasionally bends the rules of his role as an inspector to share police information with Antonio when it could prove the innocence of his clients. Their preferred meeting spot is the Jolly Roger Bar, where they spend the night drinking until one of them eventually passes out.

Tim's connection with Antonio deepened when his nephew, Rico, relocated from the countryside to live with him. This change brought a noticeable positive change to Tim's demeanor. During one memorable evening of revelry, Tim shared the proud news that his nephew had taken his virginity. In celebration, Antonio promptly ordered another round for everyone present.
I see a Peter Pan inspired character in the background of the last picture! I want to know more about him! =3
I love how the relationship between Uncle Antonio and Kotaro was created. I enjoyed everything about TÃo Antonio, especially his illustrations.
