if you got the password, i assume you clicked on "purchase"? Next to the "purchase" button is a "download" button. Everything was explained pretty well in the instructions on the shop-website.

"What" doesn't work? Does it tell you that "it's wrong"? or is it just not loading? The password you got from purchasing is correct. I just tested it again. You insert it and click on "Go" multiple times until it works.
